The Global Affinity Alliance is proud to announce that we are hosting our inaugural conference later this year in Bangkok, Thailand.
The event will be held October 18-21, 2015, at the Plaza Athénée Hotel.
There’s only one “first” meeting, and it important that all GAA members attend for three key reasons.
Having only launched earlier this year, the GAA is growing in popularity and adding new members each month in cities and countries around the globe. You can check out the most current list of members here. The companies who are joining the GAA now are the ones who can shape the group and its direction, create new and lasting friendships and find profitable business opportunities working together.
We understand that the reason people come to conferences is to discuss new business, not to spend all their time in sessions and lectures. Our agenda has only a few hours where the group meets in a general session; the rest of the time is discovering potential vendors in our exhibition hall and scheduling one-to-one meetings. Attendees can schedule meetings online, in advance of arrival, ensuring their time in Bangkok is spent profitably and productively.
The GAA is the newest of the World Cargo Alliance (WCA) networks. While GAA members have access to members of the other WCA networks, those network conferences are limited to their own memberships. The WCA has determined that to encourage GAA members to attend this all-important event, attendees will be allowed to attend and schedule appointments at the WCA network meetings in Abu Dhabi in March, 2016.
