Please don't think we stop in Europe, we have experience in cross trade shipments between non-EU countries whether this is by air or sea. IGF have a wide range of services available for those wanting to import goods into the UK and Europe. To do this we have created a structure to comply with the needs of the importer or importee. Our desire is to reach out to all services at our disposal to give you the best idea of what freight requirements you need. Normally the first question we ask is how time critical the shipment is. We would look into air freight services for instance. If this is not within your budget we can look into the quickest sea freight routes or the most economical, whichever suits? Throughout the booking service we will converse over the schedule of the movement and of course the documentation required. If collection is needed we will organise, or if we need to nominate a point of delivery for the goods again we are happy to do so. Once the goods are in transit we begin preparing for the arrival. We have contracts in place with certain ports/airport to get the goods cleared through customs efficiently before getting released to our extensive delivery network. We are based in the north of England but we cover all UK airports and seaports. Through experience we have accrued a network of contacts and transport services which enable us to give the same service in Felixstowe port or Heathrow airport as we would closer to home at the Port of Tyne or Grangemouth.
