BRX Cargo carries out shipment of two Project Cargoes on same ship
Between May 4th and 9th, 2023, BRX Cargo sent two Project Cargoes on the same ship. The Ro-Ro vessel docked in the Port of Santos, São Paulo, and then continued its journey with multiple destinations in Latin America.
Days before the operation, members of BRX Cargo accompanied the receipt of the cargo in a staging area, and then its movement to the port of shipment.
The BRX Cargo team was authorized by the terminal to monitor the docking of the ship. The entire tour was guided by the shipping company who also introduced the group to the crew and Port Captain.
The company's representatives explained how the decks, lashing and leasing of the loads work. They also demonstrated the care with which they treat the transported items. Everyone was able to watch the placement of the felts/rubbers between the loads, which inhibits any risk of the items being damaged in the event of collision.
